PR/160611 | CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (PROJECT)

Our client, Construction based company, looking for suitable candidates

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop project schedules, work programs, and monitor project progress.

• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitor site progress and ensure project completion within the stipulated timeline.

• Manage project budget, costing, and material control to avoid unnecessary wastage.

• Review and verify progress claims, variation orders (VO), and project documentation.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5-7 years’ experience as Project Manager  in the construction industry
