PR/160607 | Technician (Metal Stamping)

Our client is a well-established Japanese manufacturing company is looking for experienced candidates from metal stamping / tooling background to join their growing team. 

Work Location: Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor 

Job Responsibilities: - 

• Perform mould and die maintenance for metal stamping production

• Troubleshoot and repair stamping mould issues to ensure smooth production operation

• Maintain and service press machines and related equipment

• Arrange and monitor mould spare parts, tooling, and maintenance activities

• Coordinate and provide guidance to external mould makers or subcontractors

• Support precision mould improvement and continuous enhancement activities

• Assist in mould setup, testing, and production support

• Ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out according to schedule

Job Requirements: 

• Experience in metal stamping, mould maintenance or die maintenance environment

• Knowledge in precision mould design and maintenance

• Experience handling press machines and stamping process

• Able to troubleshoot tooling and production issues independently

• Responsible, hands-on and able to work in manufacturing environment
