募集要項
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client profiles and support presentations through preparing illustration comparison tables, quotations, and proposals.
Ensure all generated information are accurate and meet company quality standards
Maintain and enhance in-house illustration system to ensure its functionality, accuracy and efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and optimize system performance
Prepare reports for management tracking and sales performance analysis
Conduct training for new joiners as needed
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in any discipline is welcome to apply
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good command of both English and Chinese.
Possesses 1-2 years of working experience is preferred
Prior experience in insurance or a related field is an advantage
