Job Description:

• Plan and control production to meet customer demand and business goals.

• Create and manage production schedules and capacity plans.

• Make sure production runs on time, at the right cost, and with required quality.

• Identify and fix production issues such as delays, bottlenecks, or material shortages.

• Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Engineering.

• Ensure materials are available while keeping inventory at a reasonable level.

• Support S&OP and management reviews with clear production data.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit requirements.

• Lead, train, and develop the production planning team.

• Track key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• 10–15 years of experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing operations.

• At least 5 years of experience in senior leadership, managerial, or Head‑of‑Department role.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, ERP/MRP platforms, and S&OP processes.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex, high‑volume manufacturing environments.

• Good working knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills.
