PR/160507 | Field Service Engineer (Ion Implant)

Travel to customers’ locations or be assigned to an individual customer site

Responsible for on-site installations, startup, diagnosis, service and repair of company equipment

Assist customers by selling and installing equipment modifications, upgrades and service contracts that enhance the operation of Company’ products

Coordinate and perform on-site installation and repair of complex company equipment with minimal supervision

Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic, computer, robotics and mechanical subsystems

Interface with technical support, design engineering, and manufacturing engineering on tooling, preventive maintenance procedures, design, and reliability

Work from engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals during the installation, debugging, and repair of equipment

Complete standard documentation, procedures and forms, and comply with ISO related procedures and processes

Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics)

Able to work independently

Eager to learn new things and have strong self-discipline

Own a transport and must be willing to travel

This role is based in Kulim.
