Company Overview

Our client is a MNC Manufacturer in Pasir Gudang looking for an IT Specialist. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects for the Malaysia manufacturing plant, including on-site IT operations.

• Assist in implementing and supporting group-level applications at the subsidiary level, including ERP, CRM, SRM, MES, OA systems, network infrastructure (Huawei devices), and office desktop environments.

• Conduct IT system training and provide technical support to users.

• Provide IT support for production-related systems and daily office IT operations at the plant.

• Collect, analyze, and resolve local IT needs and ensure a complete solution is delivered locally, in coordination with the headquarters IT team when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of ERP, CRM, SRM, MES, OA systems, network devices (especially Huawei), and office desktop systems.

• Familiar with SQL, Java, or other mainstream programming languages.

• Proficient in Windows, domain control, and Linux systems.

• Relevant work experience in IT and/or in a manufacturing environment.
