JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and gather issues arising in the company’s internal systems, and act as the liaison with the Taiwan team for systems such as ERP, PLM, PORTAL, WEBISO, and EMS.
• Carry out monthly maintenance tasks, analyze and compile data, and prepare documentation for WEBISO 27001 audits and certification.
• Take on the role of Project Manager (PM), understand internal system workflows, and serve as the primary contact for users regarding new projects or enhancements to existing systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• HSK Level 5 and above certificate is required.
• 1+ year of experience in relevant field or position 

• Proficient in office software
