募集要項
Location: Hai Phong, Vietnam
Company: 100% Japanese-invested manufacturing company (household, kitchen & interior products)
Manage all finance and accounting activities in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and manufacturing cost control.
Handle tax matters (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.) and work with auditors and tax authorities.
Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes.
Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
Report financial performance to management and Head Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
8–10 years of experience in accounting/finance, including managerial experience.
Solid knowledge of VAS, taxation, and manufacturing cost accounting.
Experience with household goods, kitchenware, interior products, or similar manufactured products is preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
English: Good business communication (required).
