Company Overview

Our client, Japanese real estate company is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to drive and support their in-house product development strategy.

Location: Binh Duong (Shuttle bus is provided)

Job Description

• Lead and develop the in-house software engineering team (hiring, coaching, task allocation, performance management).

• Manage product transition from external vendors to internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements.

• Define technical architecture, choose technologies, and maintain code quality standards.

• Plan and track sprints, optimize workflows, and improve team productivity.

• Promote AI-assisted development, align with stakeholders, and support additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with proven team management capabilities

• Strong technical background in React Native, Vue/Nuxt, and Java Spring Boot

• Good working proficiency in English or Japanese for business communication

• Demonstrated experience in team building and optimizing development processes

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor)
