We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering position.

Working Location: VSIP II, Binh Duong 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

[Module related EE]

• E-fail FACA

• Sensor / substrate / flex IQC

• Project EE issue FA

• Involving a project design on Electrical

• Review/highlight design issue/concern on Electrical by DFM etc.

• Managing to remove electrical issue/concern by DOE etc.

• Involvement for the technical item for all electrical related components

• material design check, IQC, technical discussion with supplier

• Joining EE issue FACA.

[Test related EE]

• Test PCB design and validation

• DOE validation

• Tester hardware check

• Developing test related PCB board and its validation.

• Involving the electrical item of test machine. Technical discussion with PCB and tester venders.

• Joining a tester electrical issue FACA

• Supporting the electrical test items (Open/Short check, Resistance check, Current check, etc)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related background.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in EE

• Proficiency in English toeic 600 above (additional Japanese or Chinese skills are a plus).
