COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer for manufacturing company.

Work Location: Long Duc – Dong Nai

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Support NPI, trial runs, and mass production ramp-up.

• Monitor process performance and ensure compliance with SOP and quality standards.

• Collaborate with QA, Production, and Equipment teams to improve yield and reduce defects.

• Prepare process documents such as WI, PFMEA, and control plans, and support line layout & cycle time improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in SMT/assembly manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of SMT/assembly processes and manufacturing flow.

• Good problem-solving skills using tools such as 5 Why, 7QC, SPC.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and PCB layouts.

• Good teamwork, communication, and ability to work under pressure.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• English or Japanese communication required.
