Company and Job Overview
Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company located in Long Duc industrial park, Dong Nai City. They are seeking a Factory Manager to oversee overall factory operations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage productions schedules and ensure product quality standards
Provide delivery timelines and handle product evaluations
Oversee workforce allocations and daily operations of factory workers
Manage procurement of raw materials, including wood, paint, and production materials
Supervise overall factory operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow
Job Requirements
Having Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above
Having experience in similar roles (factory management/ production management)
Ability to manage operations, people, and materials effectively
Willingness to undergo training in Japan before assignment in Viet Nam
