Company and Job Overview

Our client is a well- established company with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and exporting outdoor furniture. They are looking for a Furniture Designer to join their team, and playing a key role in product development and coordination between design, R&D, vendors, and production.

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Viet 

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with in- house designers and R&D teams on product development

• Translate design concepts into technical specifications and drawings for sampling

• Manage design revisions and updates throughout the product development process

• Coordinate with R&D teams and vendors during sample development

• Review and ensure accuracy of drawings, specifications, packaging, and documentation

• Conduct product testing to meet customer requirements

• Monitor sample quality, progress, and deadlines before mass production

• Report sample status and development progress to the Production Support Manager

Job Requirements

• Having University/ College in design- related fields (industrial design, applied art, graphic design, etc.)

• Having at least 3 years of experience in outdoor furniture design, technical design, or product development

• Proficiency in design software such as SoildWorks, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Corel Draw

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem- solving skills
