当社のアドバンスエンジニアリング部に属する知的財産チームにおける技術担当（特に商標分野）の戦力を補強するべく、意欲と経験豊富な知的財産技術担当者（特に商標のペシャリスト）を募集いたします。 知的財産チームの業務内容は、知的財産実務全般の立案・実行、プロセス管理など。
今回募集している「知的財産チーム」は全部で8名（20代～50代）の正社員が活躍しています。

【仕事内容】
・商標関連業務（出願および権利化、調査、商標管理、模倣品対応）
・特許関連業務（発明の発掘および出願可否判断、出願および権利化、鑑定、調査）
・意匠関連業務（意匠案の発掘および出願可否判断、出願および権利化、鑑定、調査）
・契約関連業務（各種契約書の作成およびレビュー、他部署からの相談対応）
・その他、知財戦略活動など。
※知財分野全般、主に商標関連を担当していただきます。チーム内ローテーション等により担当業務が追加・変更になる可能性があります。

【Department Introduction】
As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen the capabilities of the Intellectual Property team in the Advanced Engineering Department we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP professional with a particular focus on trademark expertise to join and reinforce our team.
The Intellectual Property Team is responsible for planning and executing a wide range of intellectual property activities as well as overseeing and managing related processes across IP operations.The Intellectual Property team for which we are currently recruiting comprises approximately ten members ranging from their 20s to 50s.

【Job Description】
Trademark : Trademark filing and prosecution clearance searches trademark portfolio management anti counterfeiting measures and handling Mitsubishi trademark matters
Patent : Identification of inventions patentability check filing and prosecution opinions/analysis and prior art searches
Design Patent : Identification of design concepts patentability check filing and prosecution opinions/analysis and searches
Contract : Drafting and reviewing various agreements and providing advisory support to other departments
Other : IP strategy initiatives etc.
You will be responsible for a broad range of IP matters with a primary focus on trademarks. Please note that your responsibilities may be expanded or adjusted through internal team rotations.

最低5年以上のメーカーにおける商標実務担当の経験（必須）。メーカーにおける特許実務、意匠実務、契約関連、模倣品対応についても3年以上の経験があることが望ましい（尚可）。エンジニアリングの学位または実務経験（尚可）。特許法・商標法についての理解（必須）。報奨金に関する知識。特許検索システムの熟練。特許管理システムの使用経験。知財におけるAI活用の経験があると尚良い。優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人能力。自立性および協調性。

A minimum of five years of experience in trademark practice at a manufacturing company is required. Experience of at least three years in patent practice design practice contract related matters and anti counterfeiting measures within a manufacturing company is preferred. An academic background in engineering or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Knowledge of patent law and trademark law is required. Knowledge of incentive or reward schemes related to intellectual property Proficiency in patent search systems. Experience using intellectual property management systems. Experience in utilizing AI in the field of intellectual property is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A high degree of independence as well as the ability to work collaboratively
