弊社のプロジェクトリーダーとチームは新しいバスの製品開発をリードし、お客様にご満足頂ける価格で性能と品質に優れた製品の導入を確実にします。明確な方向性、効率的な関連職制との情報交換と合意形成、リスクの特定と管理、対策の模索と定義、関連職制との議論の主導、最高経営層への決断提案の準備及び報告により、プロジェクトを成功に導きます。研究開発、販売、購買、生産本部、物流、品質管理、アフターセールス、財務から構成される部門横断チームのリーダーとなります。そのリーダーシップのもと、プロジェクトチームは、選択した製品概念及び目標予定の調整と実行、またプロジェクト目標の達成に向け協業します。

Our project leads and PMOs steer new bus development projects ensuring that we launch products that delight our customers and are introduced in time quality and cost. They successfully execute their projects by providing a clear direction enabling efficient cross functional information exchanges and alignments identifying managing risks searching for defining countermeasures leading cross functional discussions and preparing and reporting decision proposals to top management. They are the leaders of a cross functional team consisting of R D Sales Procurement Production Logistics Quality Management After Sales and Finance. Under their leadership the project team collaboratively works towards fine tuning and executing a selected product concept target timeline and achieving the project targets.

Qualification
Bachelors or Masters degree with major in Engineering Business Finance or related areas
Previous work experience in automotive industry or related company in the fields of project management engineering testing or new product launches
English: Business proficiency level required
Japanese: Intermediate （N3） to Advanced （N2 and above） level preferred
Advanced skills: MS Office
