Provide an overview of the responsibilities of the position and give a summary of the most important aspects and duties of the position.
As a member of the Finance team the Finance Business Partner Japan will support the Head of Finance ・ Japan in managing Finance business partnering in Japan and working collaboratively with colleagues in the APAC region.

This role involves developing analysis creating presentations to ensure alignment with both regional and global objectives. The Finance Business Partner Japan plays a key role in enabling financial processes and delivering accurate and timely financial planning reporting and analysis in collaboration with the FP A team.

Education
・ Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or other Business related discipline
・ CPA/CA or MBA a plus

Experience
・ 5+ years of experience in various finance roles including business partnering financial planning reporting accounting operations or related fields including experience in the biopharmaceutical or manufacturing sector. [PN1.1][FC1.2][FC1.3][PN1.4]
・ Experience with using dashboarding and visualization software （e.g. PowerBi） is preferable
・ Experience supporting commercial functions including but not limited to pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
・ Managing a small to medium size team advantageous
