AI Engineer | Join a Global Data & Analytics team | N1 level

A global life insurance company is seeking an AI Engineer to join its Data & Analytics team. As part of the IT organization, this team leads enterprise-wide initiatives in data utilization, analytics, and AI adoption.

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for enhancing existing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and developing new AI-powered applications. Based on user feedback, you will improve prompt engineering, optimize UI/UX, and enhance AI tools that support sales activities. You will also contribute to the development of multi-agent systems capable of conducting industry analysis, data analysis, and reasoning through natural language interactions
- You will design and develop AI agents used both internally and externally. In addition to building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, you will also develop AI applications using programming languages such as Python. The primary development environments are Azure and Databricks
- You will lead projects from business problem definition through solution design, development, and implementation. While ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements, you will help drive operational efficiency and business value creation through data utilization, automation, and predictive modeling

業務詳細
- 生成AIを活用したアプリケーション開発　既存のRAGシステムの改善や新規開発を担当します。ユーザーからのフィードバックをもとに、プロンプト設計、UI/UX改善、営業支援向けAIツールの高度化を推進します。自然言語で業界分析・データ分析・推論ができるマルチエージェント化にも携わります。
- AIエージェント開発　社内外で活用されるAIエージェントの設計・開発を担当します。Copilot Studioでの作成に加え、Pythonなどを用いた開発にも携わります。主な開発環境はAzureまたはDatabricksです。

- Experience developing AI applications, AI systems, or AI agents
