Trading Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Understand and prioritize requests from business users
• Lead responses to incidents in the production environment
• Effectively communicate and liaise with both our internal users and external partners
• Investigate and promptly resolve any system issues to maintain high levels of efficiency and minimize any potential risks

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in financial application support
• Hands on experience with Linux/Unix Server, Network fundamentals, SQL with any DB system, Scripting in Python or Perl/Shell or similar
• Positive and strong interpersonal skills in Business English and Business Japanese
