プロダクトマネージャー、QA、ドメインエキスパート、そしてエンジニア仲間と緊密に連携しながら、スケーラブルで保守性が高く、レスポンシブなWebソリューションの設計と提供において、重要な役割を担っていただくことを期待しています。

• 最新のフロントエンド技術を用いて、高品質なWebアプリケーションの設計、開発、保守を行う。
• リアルタイムで金融機関およびトレーディングシステム向けに、堅牢でレスポンシブ、かつ保守性の高いユーザーインターフェースを構築する。
• ビジネスおよびステークホルダーの要件を技術的ソリューションと直感的なユーザー体験へ変換し、フロントエンドの設計方針、アプリケーションアーキテクチャ、および実装のベストプラクティスを主導する。
• API、リアルタイムデータフロー、およびWebアプリケーションサービスの開発と統合を行う。
• 健全なエンジニアリング原則とデザインパターンを用いて、クリーンにテストが可能かつ保守性の高いコードを記述する。
• 複雑なWebインターフェース全体において、アプリケーションのパフォーマンス、応答性、およびユーザビリティを最適化する。
• 技術的な計画立案、コードレビュー、設計レビュー、およびチームのメンタリングに貢献する。

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our engineering team and lead the development of modern, high-performance web applications for trading and financial technology systems. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with deep expertise in front-end architecture, modern web technologies, and real-time application development.
You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, maintainable, and responsive web solutions, while collaborating closely with product managers, QA, domain experts, and fellow engineers.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Build robust, responsive, and maintainable user interfaces for real-time financial and trading systems.
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions and intuitive user experiences.
• Lead front-end design decisions, application architecture, and implementation best practices.
• Develop and integrate APIs, real-time data flows, and web application services.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using sound engineering principles and design patterns.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and usability across complex web interfaces.
• Contribute to technical planning, code reviews, design reviews, and team mentoring.
• Support and improve automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in front-end standards, tooling, and development practices.

【必須要件】

• コンピュータサイエンス、ソフトウェア工学、または関連分野の学士号、あるいは同等の実務経験
• ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務経験があり、特にWebアプリケーション開発に重点を置いている方
  （目安：5～10年以上）

（What you’ll bring）

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong focus on web application development.
• Strong expertise in modern web development, including front-end frameworks and API integration.
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including:
   -Object-oriented programming
   -Design patterns
   -Data structures and algorithms
   -Unit testing and debugging
• •Proven experience building scalable, maintainable, and performance-conscious web applications.
• Familiarity with Git and team-based development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

（Preferred Technical Experience）

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end application architecture.
• Experience with frameworks such as Next.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive UI development, component design, state management,and API integration.
• Familiarity with front-end tooling such as npm/yarn/pnpm, Vite/Webpack, ESLint, and testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience building real-time, data-driven web applications.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize front-end performance in complex applications.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to engineering best practices.

• Experience with financial systems, trading platforms, or market data applications.
• Experience with Docker and AWS.
• Exposure to low-latency or performance-sensitive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with backend or .NET systems is a plus.
