A leading global financial institution is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to join its Prime IT team supporting critical front and middle office applications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain equity finance and prime brokerage applications
- Partner with Middle Office, Prime Services, Compliance, Finance, and other technology teams to deliver business solutions
- Analyze and implement market-driven and regulatory-driven system changes
- Own application releases, regression testing, and deployment activities
- Drive automation and DevOps improvements across legacy platforms
- Support production incidents and contribute to platform stability and performance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical modernization projects

Work Hours: 8:40-17:40 (Monday-Friday)

- 5+ years of backend development experience using Core Java
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Unix/Linux, Databases, Maven, Jenkins, and DevOps tools
- Experience within Securities, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Prime Brokerage environments
- Understanding of trading platforms, OMS, risk management, trade processing, position management, and market data systems
- Fluent English communication skills
