Analyst Logistics Finance

The Analyst will assist the Senior FP A Manager Logistics Finance to lead the budgeting forecasting and long term planning processes for logistics expenses in Japan and Korea. The analyst also coordinating month end closing activities and ensuring alignment with actual results. The analyst’s focus will be on improving the current reporting process supporting management in controlling expense through analysis ensure correct ledger coding of expense and development of strategies for process improvement.

・ Must be self motivated/self starter with the ability to work independently
・Perform tasks with diligent attention to detail and accuracy
・Strong organizational analytical and interpersonal skills.
・ Team player possessing a strong work ethic objective mindset and drive for results.
・ Strong communications and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively.

Education and experience preferred:
・Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance or any business related discipline
・ Fluency in English and Japanese required
・ Additional language proficiency in Korean is highly valued
・Minimum of three years of combined accounting or financial planning experience
・ Proficiency with Microsoft Applications
・Additional software experience preferred: Hyperion Essbase SAP Adaptive Insights BI tools
・Retail/Distribution experience is preferred
