PSE Buyer
Responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation （RFQ） negotiation contract management. Analysis of suppliers competition benchmark spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy process and KPIs for assigned suppliers.

▼Key Responsibilities
・Create and execute category strategies for Japan and Korea
・Identify suppliers drive sourcing and contacting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies
・Drive compliance to category strategy supplier base plan supplier management processes contracts and best practices
・Participate in target setting follow up and corrective actions
・Ensure correct usage of relevant tools
・Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and act as a proactive business partner
・Share good practices and facilitate networking onsite

・5+ years of proven experience in collaborating with suppliers in Japan through construction or engineering activities or in supporting such activities from a procurement standpoint
・Experience working internationally or in a multinational company is considered a plus
・University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; engineering background is a plus
