製造工場での生産設備メンテナンス

工場全体の生産設備全般の保守・点検業務をお任せします。
★研修中は2～3人1組のチーム制で丁寧にサポート！

具体的には以下の通りです。
• 生産設備の保守・点検
（プレス機・クレーン・ロボット・溶接機・マシニング加工機・治具）
• シーケンサー制御作成
• 溶接ロボットティーチング作業、条件出し　
• 工作設備を使用した部品製作、組立、寸法調整
突発的に故障・修理が必要になった場合、設備課内全員で協力し、安定稼働を支えています。

入社後は、先輩社員が現場で実践を通じて教育を行います。
その後は、希望や適性に応じて機械／電気いずれかの担当に割り振ります。
1年を目安に丁寧にフォローしていきます！

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for the maintenance and inspection of all production equipment throughout the factory. ★ During training, you will work in teams of two to three members with thorough support.

Your main duties include: • Maintenance and inspection of production equipment (press machines, cranes, robots, welding machines, machining equipment, jigs) • Creating PLC (sequencer) control programs • Teaching and parameter setting for welding robots • Fabrication, assembly, and dimensional adjustment of parts using workshop equipment

When unexpected breakdowns or repairs occur, the entire equipment team works together to ensure stable operation.

After joining the company, senior staff will provide hands‑on training directly on site. Based on your preferences and aptitude, you will then be assigned to either mechanical or electrical responsibilities. We provide careful follow‑up with the goal of developing your skills over the first year.
