QAエンジニア (QA Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate, and maintain test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end (E2E) testing, and non-functional testing.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure quality control throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to analyze and resolve defects, while enhancing overall system reliability and performance.
• Take ownership of assigned features throughout the entire lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, and release.
• Support project planning activities, effort estimation, and task prioritization.
• Lead system testing activities, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-release support.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Research and apply the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in testing and IT engineering.

• Experience in software testing, QA automation, and CI/CD implementation.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
