Senior Principal System Analyst

• Act as a key IT partner to business stakeholders, managing demand, gathering requirements, and recommending process and technology improvements
• Lead end-to-end IT projects, including scope definition, execution, and delivery aligned with business goals and strategic priorities
• Provide business consulting and domain expertise in order management processes, particularly within SAP SD (order-to-cash)
• Govern and prioritize IT service demands while ensuring performance, delivery quality, and measurable business outcomes
• Collaborate with global IT teams and business users to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity
