Reporting Relationship:  Senior Project Manager

Role Summary: We are looking for Bilingual Technical Project Manager who will be deputed in Tokyo and would be helping the customer in solutioning.

Responsibilities:

* Project planning, project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

* Able to do presales and support to increase business.
* Collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs in such a way to utilize Indian members.
* Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
* Providing reports, updates and outlines to senior stakeholders and senior executives.
* Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the client's standards.
* Involvement in the creation and review process of project architecture (Technical and Solution).
* Managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes.
* Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
* Provide support for pre-sales activities such as the creation and review of RPI and RFPs.
* Research industry trends and innovations and provide valuable suggestions proactively.
* Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

* Good to have - understanding and experience about the Finance and Transportation domains.

Prerequisites:

    Qualification – B.Tech/MCA

•  A minimum of 8- 10 years’ experience in the IT industry
• Experience in managing or working with cross-country teams
• Problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and the ability to make decisions quickly
• Experience of working in technical stack like Java, database or open source as well as different cloud technology
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Japanese and English)
• Preferred certifications level – N3 and above
• Budget aroudn 10 M yen per year.

Base Location: Will be Deputed in Tokyo
