車両制御・アップフィットチームは、三菱ふそうの全車両において、ゲートウェイ、ボディコントローラ、電子点火ECUの統合および開発を担当しています。これらのECUは、CANネットワーク通信、点火、車内外の照明、作業機能、PTO（パワーテイクオフ）、その他多くの車両機能をサポートしています。これには、グローバルな開発協業と、三菱ふそう固有のローカルソリューションの両方が含まれます。

本ポジションは、車両制御・アップフィットチームの他の6名のメンバーと協働します。さらに、この職務には、ECUサプライヤー、調達部門、プロジェクト管理、検証、そしてグローバルチームとの緊密なコミュニケーションと協働も含まれます。

【Department Introduction】
Our team is responsible for integration and development of gateway body controller and electronic ignition ECUs for all vehicle segments at FUSO. These ECUs support CAN network communication ignition interior/exterior lighting vocational functions PTO and many other vehicle functions. This includes both global development collaboration and local FUSO specific solutions
The candidate will work with six other members of the Vehicle Control and Upfit team. The position will also include close communication and work with ECU supplier procurement project management validation and global teams.

【仕事内容】
ドイツ、インド、北米のグローバルチームと協働し、SW/HWアップデートの計画・仕様策定および統合課題の解決を行う（英語でのコミュニケーション必須）
標準的なECUおよびCAN解析ツールを用いて計測データを分析する
検証チームと協働し、ECUテストケースを仕様化する
ECUのSW/HWおよびパラメータ設定をドキュメンテーションツールにリリースし、生産実装に反映させる
PO/CS/認証（ホモロゲーション）/プロジェクト計画チームを支援し、プロジェクトのタイムライン管理と適切なドキュメンテーションを確保する
サプライヤーとの定期的なコミュニケーションと計画を通じて、開発支援および課題解決を行う

【Job Description】
Work with global teams in Germany India and North America to plan/specify SW/HW updates and resolve integration issues （communication in English required）
Analyze measurement data using standard ECU and CAN analysis tools
Work with validation teams to specify ECU test cases
Release ECU SW/HW and parameter configuration in documentation tools for implementation in production.
Support PO/CS/Homologation/project planning teams to manage project timelines and ensure proper documentation
Regular communication and planning with suppliers to support development and issue resolution

【業務経験・知識】
■必須
　・自動車電子分野で2年以上の経験が必須、工学学士号
■尚可
　・ECU開発およびVector CanoeなどのCAN解析ツールの経験が望ましいです。
　・テストケース開発およびEE課題の調査・解決の経験が望ましいです。

【語学】
・日本語：ビジネス
・英語：日常会話レベル

【Job Experience Knowledge】
2+ years experience with with automotive electronics is required.
Experience with ECU development and CAN analysis tools such as Vector Canoe is preffered.
Experience with test case development and EE issue investigation and resolution is preffered.
Bachelor of Engineering Degree is required
