海外バス市場における、受注からグループ販売までの円滑な執行と、正確な販売計画の策定を確実に行います。

1. 海外バス注文のライフサイクル全体の管理
2. 生産、サプライチェーン、および物流部門との調整
3. 各地域の販売予測および計画の集約
4. 受注残、配送パフォーマンス、および計画との乖離の追跡

当社は、パートナーである鴻海科技集団（Foxconn）とともに、独立したバス専業会社の設立を計画しています。バス専業OEMとして、新会社は国内外市場向けのEVバスの迅速な開発および市場投入に注力するとともに、従来のICEバスのラインアップの継続的な改良にも取り組みます。バスは90年以上にわたる商用車ブランドの歴史を持つFUSOの名のもと、当社富山工場にて開発・製造されます。また本社は日本・川崎に置かれる予定です。本部門は、グローバル市場における販売活動を統括し、各地域のビジネスパートナーや販売会社と協力しながら、安定した事業成長を実現する役割を担っています。市場動向や顧客ニーズを的確に捉え、最適な販売戦略の立案・実行を通じて、当社製品の価値を世界中へ届けることを使命としています。
地域別の販売計画策定、販売実績の管理、海外パートナーとの協働、各国の規制・商習慣への対応など、多様な業務をリードしています。海外拠点とのコミュニケーションも多く、グローバルな視点から事業全体を俯瞰しながら、柔軟かつ戦略的な判断が求められる重要な部門です。
また、製品企画・生産・品質・アフターサービスなどの社内部門と密接に連携し、販売戦略とオペレーションをつなぐハブとしての役割も担っています。市場の変化に迅速に対応しつつ、各部門と協力して課題解決に取り組むことで、組織全体の価値向上に貢献できるダイナミックな環境が特徴です。こうしたグローバルで多様な関係者と協働しながら、事業成長を支える取り組みに携わることができる点に、この部門ならではの大きなやりがいがあります。
本部門は約10名での構成となっており、多様な国籍・文化的背景を持つメンバーが集まるインターナショナルな環境が特徴です。

Our company plans to create a standalone bus company with partner Hon Hai Technology Group （Foxconn）. As a bus dedicated OEM the new company will focus on quickly developing and launching EV buses for domestic and international markets while continuing to improve the conventional ICE portfolio. The buses will be developed and manufactured at the company’s plant in Toyama under the FUSO name which already has over 90 years of heritage as a CV brand. The company will be headquartered in Kawasaki Japan.
This department oversees global sales activities and drives sustainable business growth in collaboration with regional business partners and sales companies. By identifying market trends and customer needs it develops and executes effective sales strategies to deliver the company’s product value worldwide.
The team leads regional sales planning performance management collaboration with overseas partners and responses to local regulations and business practices. With frequent interaction with global locations the role requires a broad international perspective and strategic decision making.
The department also works closely with internal functions such as product planning production quality and aftersales serving as a hub that connects sales strategy with operations in a dynamic fast changing market environment.
The department consists of approximately 10 members and is characterized by an international environment with diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds. Each member leverages their market insights and expertise to build strong relationships with global clients and drive business growth.

※選考について
本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。
事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。

[募集要件／Requirement]
求められる資格
学士号：経営学、工学、またはサプライチェーン系が望ましい

1. 求められる業務経験
受注管理または販売計画における3・7年の実務経験

2. 求められるスキル
SAP、Excel、計画・調整スキル
日本語と英語のバイリンガルであれば尚可

Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Engineering / Supply Chain Preferred

1. Required Professional Experience
3・7 years experience in order management or sales planning

2. Required Skills
SAP Excel planning coordination skills
Japanese ・ English Bilingual is desired
