UAT QA Analyst - Financial Services | Fluent Japanese Required

This role focuses on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for financial systems supporting core business operations in Japan. You will ensure system quality and business readiness by working closely with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders.

Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT activities for financial and accounting-related systems
• Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams during testing phases
• Review business requirements and translate them into UAT scenarios and test cases
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and retesting through to sign-off
• Support business users during UAT, including guidance and issue resolution
• Report testing progress, risks, and results to relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of UAT processes and documentation

• Experience in UAT or QA roles within financial services or enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of business processes, ideally in finance, leasing, or payments
• Hands-on experience creating test cases and managing defects
• Fluent Japanese (spoken and written) required for business-side communication
• Business-level English for collaboration with global teams
• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in cross-functional settings
