Software Engineer / System Engineer / Technical Consultant

Job Description Overview

We are seeking talented software engineers with strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in financial markets and consulting.

In this role, you will work directly with financial institutions including banks, exchanges, and clearing houses as a technical consultant, helping clients analyze business challenges and design, develop, and implement trading and risk management solutions.

This position offers exposure not only to software engineering, but also to client-facing consulting work such as:

• Business analysis and requirements gathering
• Solution proposal and system design
• Financial system implementation and support
• Risk management and trading workflow optimization
• Communication with international teams and clients
• End-to-end project involvement from consulting to delivery

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to combine technical expertise with consulting and business problem-solving skills in the financial industry.

No prior finance knowledge is required. New graduates and second-career graduates are welcome, and training will be provided.

Salary

5–8 million JPY annually depending on skills and experience.
Additional bonus payment possible.

Skills & Requirements

• Programming skills (Java or similar language)
• English skills sufficient for daily conversation
• Major in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Native or business-level Japanese language ability
