- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while monitoring business performance and identifying risks/opportunities
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
- Drive pricing strategy, profitability initiatives, and commercial finance projects
- Support sales and operations planning (S&OP) and improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Oversee accounting and financial operations to ensure compliance with company policies and international accounting standards
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and internal regional/global teams
- Support tax, compliance, transfer pricing, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while collaborating with regional and local stakeholders

スキル・資格
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, commercial finance, or financial operations within a multinational environment
- Strong background in business partnering, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and accounting operations
- CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting/finance qualification preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across regional and local teams
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Business-level English and Japanese communication skills preferred
