Backend Engineer | Hybrid Work | Japanese N3 Only

・Build scalable backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure that power AI-driven products.
・Turn complex construction workflows into clean, reliable software solutions.
・Collaborate closely with different internal teams to make the impactful features fast.
・Improve performance, reliability, and scalability across the platform based on the users.
・Help shape the engineering culture and architecture as an early team member.

・3+ years of software engineering experience.
・2+ years with a backend/product engineering background.
・Comfortable with Go or Rust, a big plus is the ability to optimize systems by using AI to improve performance.
・Happy working in a startup or rapid growth environment.
・Experience building scalable production systems.
・Strong collaboration skills.
