About You

• You are fluent in Japanese, preferably speak also English or Chinese
• You’re keen to solve complex technical problems and work on large-scale system
• You are comfortable operating across server, network, cloud, and platform environments

Required Skills

• Experience designing, building, or operating server infrastructure
• Understanding of infrastructure monitoring and operational management
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure related incidents and performance issues
• Passion to learn and collaborate with team members
• Business level Japanese communication skills or above

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes (k8s)
• Experience with CEPH, Redis, or TiDB 
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience migrating or integrating on premises systems with public cloud environments 
• Interest in scalability, reliability engineering, and performance optimization
