You'll operate as a trusted security partner to business units across a global enterprise — spanning risk, governance, vulnerability management, and beyond. No two days are the same.

• Drive and shape security strategy across a multi-entity, international organisation
• Lead risk assessments and translate technical findings into business-level action
• Act as a security consultant to internal teams 
• Contribute to vulnerability management, policy compliance, and security maturity programs
• Collaborate with global counterparts to build consistent, effective security programs across regions
• Grow into specialist depth or broaden toward an ISO/CISO trajectory — your path, your pace

セキュリティ戦略策定・リスクアセスメント・ビジネス部門へのセキュリティ支援、いずれかの実務経験

・ビジネスレベルの日本語（母語または流暢なレベル）

・海外チームとのコミュニケーション・ドキュメント作成に対応できる英語力

・セキュリティガバナンス

・リスク管理・脆弱性管理

・インシデントレスポンスのいずれかの基礎知識

You don't need to tick every box — but you do need to love security. Really love it.

Required / 必須:

• Hands-on experience in at least one of: security strategy, risk assessment, or security consulting for business units
• English communication ability — able to work with global teams via email, calls, and documentation
• Working knowledge across security domains: governance, risk, vulnerability management, or incident response
• Business-level Japanese (native or fluent) — this is a Japan-based role with Japanese-language stakeholders

Nice to Have / 尚可:

• Experience at a business, consulting firm, or security vendor
• CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent certifications
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000
