Description

• Lead requirement definition and project execution for high-complexity initiatives with a strong focus on ROI
• Structure business challenges and define business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Support data-driven decision-making, proposal development, and operational efficiency improvements
• Strengthen business competitiveness through the strategic collection and analysis of competitor data
• Generate knowledge and insights by leveraging AI and catalog data
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring smooth communication
• Provide guidance, reviews, and constructive feedback to project and development teams to maximise quality and outcomes

• 5+ years of experience in product management, programme management, consulting, or a related field
• Proven experience leading complex projects from requirements definition through delivery
• Strong analytical capabilities, including data interpretation and/or competitive analysis
• Leadership-oriented project management skills with the ability to deeply understand client needs
• Native-level Japanese and strong professional communication and documentation skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering) preferred
