[No Japanese Required] QA Engineer – Energy Management Syste

[Quality Assurance and Testing]
• Develop and execute testing strategies for grid-scale battery storage systems
• Design and implement API testing for market integration systems (JEPX, EPRX, OCCTO)
• Perform integration testing between EMS and battery systems
• Design tests for real-time control systems (response validation in seconds-to-minutes ranges)
• Validate batch processing and data flows
• Design and automate regression testing
• Analyze root causes of system failures and implement preventive measures

[Test Automation and Process Improvement]
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Explore and implement AI-assisted testing optimization
• Improve test coverage and visualize quality metrics
• Propose improvements across the entire development lifecycle

[Collaboration]
• Work closely with development teams (backend, edge systems, infrastructure)
• Participate in specification reviews and provide feedback
• Monitor production environment quality in collaboration with operations teams
• Coordinate quality standards with external vendors

Must Have
• 3+ years of experience as a Software QA Engineer
• Experience designing and executing tests for web applications or backend systems
• Experience testing API-integrated systems
• Experience creating and managing test plans
• Experience working with development teams in Agile environments

• QA experience involving edge devices
• Experience testing real-time systems or streaming data processing
• Experience implementing test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, etc.)
• Experience operating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
• Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted testing optimization
• QA experience in high-reliability industries such as energy or finance
• Experience designing and executing performance and load testing
• JSTQB certification
