【部署の紹介】
ZEVバスの新規プロジェクトに関して下記を行う部門です。
－開発管理（タイムライン、予算、車両仕様の管理）
－複数の関係者との会議の企画・進行・終了・議事録作成
－車両仕様書／図面リリース要求／製品プロファイルリスト／リリース状況、開発成熟度レベルの追跡に関する文書作成
－営業部門との仕様／市場要求の調整
－コンポーネント／システムプロジェクト管理のサポート

プロジェクトのコンセプト段階から出荷までプロセスを一貫して関わることができやり甲斐のあるのある業務です。
・大型バス：MG 1人、担当 2人
・小型バス：MG 1人、担当 2人

【仕事内容】
・プロジェクト計画に基づき、プロジェクトの研究開発（RD）成果物を管理する。
・R Dサブプロジェクトリーダーとしてコアチーム会議に参加し、プロジェクト成果物のサポートを行う。
・R Dタイムラインを作成し、RD予算を見積もり、各部門と連携してRD成果物を期日通りに納品する。
・PPL（製品プロファイルリスト）を作成する。設計者への図面リリース依頼を作成し、リリース状況を追跡する。

【Department Introduction】
This department is responsible for the following regarding new ZEV BUS projects:
・Development management （Management of timeline budget and vehicle specs）
・Organizing / facilitating / concluding / minutes making of the meeting for multiple stakeholders.
・Making documentation for vehicle spec / drawing release request / Product Profile List / tracking of release status development maturity level.
・Spec / Market request alignment with Sales.
・Support of Component / System project management

【Job Description】
・Manage R D deliverables of the project as per project plan.
・Participation in core team meeting as R D sub project leader and support for project deliverables
・Create RD timeline Estimate R D budget and coordinate within line functions to meet RD deliverables on time.
・Making PPL （Product profile list）. Create drawing release request to designers and track release status Communication

・Excel、PPT
・語学力（日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル）
