【Job Responsibilities】

＜Role Impact＞
This position is the primary bridge between our Japanese users and our core product development. Reporting directly to the Japan GM and collaborating closely with the Taiwan HQ Engineering and Product teams, you will be the "voice of the market."
You are not just managing features; you are responsible for translating complex Japanese healthcare requirements into seamless digital experiences. Your ability to define the right MVP and optimize business processes will determine the speed and success of Health2Sync’s expansion in the Japanese digital health landscape.

＜Responsibilities＞

• User Research: Lead user surveys and requirement gathering from health insurance society members, health coaches, and operational staff.
• Product Documentation: Author comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and User Stories to clearly define feature scope and acceptance criteria.
• Process Optimization: Design and optimize current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") business workflows to drive the digitalization of health services.
• MVP & Development: Define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) features and collaborate with engineering teams to drive product development, testing, and release.
• Testing & Deployment: Coordinate and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and final deployment plans.
• Roadmap Prioritization: Strategically plan and prioritize product modules, including:
  - Member Management Systems
  - Health Checkup (Ningen Dock) Management
  - Individualized Health Support & Coaching Tools
  - Notification Centers and Engagement Features
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external Japanese stakeholders.
• Executive Reporting: Regularly report project progress, potential risks, and user feedback to senior management.

【Requirements】

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (PM) or Systems Analyst (SA).
• Proven track record in cross-departmental requirement integration, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Extensive experience in writing PRDs and User Stories.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both engineering and operations teams.
• Professional Fluency in Japanese (Business level for external stakeholder management).
• Ability to communicate in either Chinese or English for collaboration with the Taiwan HQ.

【Nice to Have】

• Experience using Figma for wireframing or collaborating with UI/UX design teams.
• Experience in the Healthcare, Insurance, or Health Promotion industries.
• Previous experience with Japanese government-related systems (e.g., MyNumber, e-Gov).
• Basic understanding of API architecture or Data Schema design.
