【Job Responsibilities】

＜Role Impact＞
This position is a cornerstone of our Japan financial operations. You will report directly to the Japan GM while maintaining a close collaborative relationship with the Taiwan HQ Finance Team.
You won't just be "doing the books." You will be the critical link ensuring the financial accuracy and compliance of our Japan branch, supporting cross- border financial consolidation and management reporting that directly influences the quality of our global operational decisions.

＜Responsibilities＞

• Manage general accounting operations and prepare monthly/annual financial statements.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and related processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in compliance with local regulations.
• Establish and maintain internal workflows that align with corporate financial policies.
• Handle tax filing duties, including VAT (Consumption Tax) and Income Tax.
• Submit monthly financial reports and information to the Taiwan-listed parent company, H2 INC.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between the Japan GM and the Taiwan Finance team.
• Support other financial or administrative projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

【Requirements】

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting (including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional fluency in either Chinese or English (excellent communication skills in at least one of these languages is required).

【Nice to Have】

• Experience with the Freee ERP system.
• Familiarity with the financial operations of startups or multinational corporations.
• Experience working in a Taiwanese publicly listed company.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
