Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on internal business needs and market analysis
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver year-on-year productivity improvements
• Manage sourcing activities, including analysis, strategy development, tendering, negotiation, and supplier selection
• Represent indirect procurement to internal stakeholders and external suppliers for negotiations and contracting
• Supervise and support team members across logistics and COE functions
• Manage contracts and terms with suppliers across assigned categories
• Drive supplier relationship management initiatives to improve cost, quality, service, and innovation
• Lead digitalisation, policy, process, reporting, and governance improvements within the COE
• Manage key indirect categories including logistics, A&P, and professional services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in indirect sourcing or procurement
• Advanced negotiation, tender, contracting, and supplier relationship management experience
• Industrial analysis, benchmarking, inflation forecasting, and should-cost modelling skills
• SAP process knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to work in a multinational and cross-functional environment
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in FMCG or food industry
