A global financial services company is seeking a Structurer to AVP. The selected candidate will drive origination, structuring, and execution of finance transactions while supporting client relationships and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Originate, market, structure, and execute export finance, project finance, and structured finance transactions
• Collaborate with Coverage to strengthen relationships with Japanese clients
• Manage financial and non-financial risk assessments as the first line of defense
• Support senior management with portfolio monitoring and reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and business development activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience with an export finance, project finance, structured finance team
• Business level Japanese; proficient in English
