Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leaders to support and implement strategic initiatives
• Identify and develop new service lines to expand Japan business
• Execute go-to-market strategies for asset-based solutions in services, lending, financing, and trading
• Contribute to broader regional strategic planning to support long-term growth
• Align market strategies across multiple business lines
• Demonstrate cross-functional leadership to drive organisational cohesion

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of experience in relationship management with large or mid-cap corporations in the Tokyo/Osaka area
• Experience managing large problematic accounts
• Knowledge with asset services, trading, or financing
• Background in engaging with corporate executives (C-level in Japan)
• Fluent level Japanese; professional level English
