Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure operational efficiency, system improvements, and risk mitigation
• Analyse logistics data to support operational decisions and monitor KPIs and performance metrics
• Design and improve shipping processes in collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and distribution centres
• Support logistics budget management and contribute to OPEX and CAPEX initiatives
• Assist in executing logistics and warehousing strategies including continuous improvement initiatives
• Support transportation cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
• Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support operational decision-making
• Collect, analyse, and present logistics KPIs to stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc logistics analysis and cross-functional projects
• Ensure compliance with customs laws and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to supplier performance management and service level improvements
• Support initiatives to reduce delivery delays and improve shipping efficiency
• Assist in driving cost reduction strategies while maintaining service quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operational roles
• Strong understanding of logistics ecosystem including warehousing, customs, transportation, and freight operations
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data for decision-making
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with transport management systems and business intelligence reporting tools
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX
