The role involves working as a Senior Consultant within an International Healthcare Consultancy team, based in London. Key Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships, including:

  • Drafting reports on client-related issues

  • Conducting research for client presentations

  • Overseeing changes to benefit arrangements

  • Responding to client enquiries

• Supporting business development initiatives by:

  • Building and targeting a prospect list

  • Contributing to new business development strategies

• Maintaining and enhancing professional expertise by:

  • Keeping product and market knowledge up to date

  • Holding regular meetings with insurers

  • Engaging in self-directed learning

• Carrying out other related duties as required

• Professional-level fluency in spoken and written English and Korean

• Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits practices and disciplines

• Experience working with products and services across risk and healthcare advice

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
