OVERVIEW

Our client, a well-established Japanese multinational manufacturing company, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its ASEAN regional sales team based in Singapore (East).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sales coordination and administrative tasks, including price revisions, quotations, and update processes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business continuity and customer satisfaction

• Handle customer inquiries related to delivery schedules, quality standards, and environmental compliance

• Support new customer development and account expansion through effective presentations and proposal activities

• Coordinate projects including progress tracking, meeting minutes, sample requests, and datasheet management

• Prepare sales forecasts and support the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory

• Diploma or higher qualification

• (Background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines is preferred)

• At least 1 year of sales experience in the manufacturing industry

• (Experience in electronic components is an advantage)

• Experience working in a Japanese company

• Willingness to travel overseas once every 2–3 months, mainly to India and ASEAN countries

• Business-level proficiency in English and Chinese, required for internal and external communication

Advantage

• Japanese language skills (beneficial but not mandatory)

• Holder of a Singapore Class 3 driving license
