Description

  • Deliver L2 production application support, handling incidents, conducting root cause analysis, applying defect fixes, and implementing minor enhancements in SLA‑driven environments.
  • Support and maintain frontend and backend systems using technologies such as React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, APIs, and cloud‑based infrastructure.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear updates, documentation, status reporting, and timely issue escalation during critical support situations.
  • Participate in on‑call/P1 support, transition and knowledge‑transfer activities, and apply best practices to ensure stable, high‑quality application operations.
