About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage multiple enterprise IT projects. The role focuses on end-to-end project ownership, including delivery, cost control, quality management, and close client communication. You will work closely with customers, sales, finance, vendors, and internal delivery teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software-related projects and oversee progress, schedules, risks, and resources
• Lead projects end-to-end, from proposal and contract phase through delivery, maintenance, and operations
• Manage project budgets, revenues, and costs, and report status to clients and management
• Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables and ensure compliance
• Lead or support proposal preparation, quotations, and contract coordination with sales teams
• Act as a key client-facing point of contact, managing expectations and escalations
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

• 10+ years of experience in software-related project management
• Proven experience managing large systems and multiple parallel projects
• Strong experience with budget control, cost management, and financial reporting
• Experience with deliverable quality control and structured review processes
• Experience in proposal activities and contract-related work
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and client management skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or similar)
• High analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Native-level Japanese communication skills (spoken and written)
