We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, DevOps to manage the application operations of our financial systems.
This role will involve collaborating with our offshore development team in India to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, financial systems, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day application operations for financial systems, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and adherence to security standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the offshore development team in India to provide technical support and resolve application issues throughout the software lifecycle.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, supporting automation of deployments and environment consistency.
- Monitor application health using modern monitoring and alerting tools; diagnose and troubleshoot incidents to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and incident resolutions.
- Oversee the application operations of financial systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with the offshore development team in India to provide technical support and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize application performance.

DevOpsの実務経験に加え、金融システムへの理解やチーム連携力をお持ちの方を想定しています。

業務詳細:
- 金融システムにおける日々のアプリケーション運用管理（高可用性・パフォーマンス・セキュリティの確保）
- インドのオフショア開発チームと連携し、ソフトウェアライフサイクル全体における技術支援および課題解決
- CI/CDパイプラインの構築・運用支援（デプロイ自動化および環境の一貫性確保）

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or Production Support, with strong system operations and incident handling
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, plus Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible)
- Advance level Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent) and English (Business level)
