Description

• Perform manual testing for web and/or system applications based on requirements and specifications
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, working closely with developers to resolve issues
• Execute regression, integration, and release testing as part of the development lifecycle
• Participate in requirement and design reviews to identify quality risks early
• Communicate testing status, issues, and results clearly in both Japanese and English
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks

• Experience in software QA covering both manual and automated testing
• Practical knowledge of test automation tools or frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
• Understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and quality best practices
• Ability to work professionally in both Japanese and English
• Detail-oriented, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working with global or cross-functional teams is preferred
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge is an advantage
