This position is responsible to establish refined brand presentation at all retail POS by enhancing product display instore and window styling while supporting sales growth through Visual Merchandising.
Creating the visual foundation for the brand’s future growth and managing the process of execution.
■業務内容
Ensures visual merchandising styles and standards are of high quality and reflect the brand business strategy.
・Understands the business strategy and translates this into a visual directive tailored by location.
・Conducts regular store visits to ensure common policies and procedures are being upheld and keep abreast of visual merchandising at local levels.
・Work closely with various stakeholders to create the brand presentation in retail stores and shop in shop.
・Provide training to improve basic skills in Visual Merchandising in stores

・5+ years of visual merchandising experience as preferably in outdoor sporting goods and fashion company.
・Good knowledge of the Japanese market
・General IT / PC Skill Excel Word Power point
